4.3. The Client acknowledges that failure to meet these eligibility requirements may result in the immediate cancellation of any scheduled services without notice and may incur liability for any related costs or damages.

Our platform is designed to facilitate seamless interactions between users and specialists, ensuring a high-quality service experience that meets your personal wellness needs.

5.5. Clients must ensure they are available to start sessions on time. Late arrivals will result in a reduced session time but full payment.
5.6. Sessions affected by technical issues or therapist cancellations will be either refunded or rescheduled.
5.7. Clients must attend sessions in a quiet, safe space. If the therapist deems the environment unsuitable, they may cancel or reschedule the session, with full fees applied.
6.1. We provide a detailed breakdown of all service charges, subscription models, and any additional fees that may apply. This information aims to ensure transparency and help you make informed decisions about using our services.
6.2. Our website supports a variety of payment options for your convenience, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure electronic payment platforms. Cancellations
6.3.1. Notice: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed or late cancellations will incur the full session fee. A €60 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of notice period.
6.3.2. Therapist Cancellations: Cancellations by therapists will result in a full refund or rescheduling as per the client’s request.
7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Termination by the Client will not entitle the Client to a refund for any unused services unless otherwise specified. The Company may terminate the agreement without notice if the Client violates these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to the Company or its other Users.
8.1. You commit to providing truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at any subsequent times of updating or modifying your profile. It is essential that your personal details reflect your current situation, as this ensures the effectiveness and personalization of our services.
8.2. You are responsible for the regular review and necessary update of your information to maintain its accuracy and completeness.

8.9.2. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for maintaining and protecting their own computer systems and ensuring their security software is up to date. You are also responsible for ensuring confidentiality on your end during and after sessions.
8.9.3. Limits to Confidentiality: While we treat all client information with the highest confidentiality, this may not apply in cases where there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or in cases involving vulnerable individuals. Therapists may also discuss cases in supervision, but client identities will remain confidential.
9.1. Stack Pain and Injury Solutions and all content, services, and features provided through the website are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9.2. Stack Pain and Injury Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.7.2. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for following the therapist’s instructions carefully during MET sessions. Any injuries or disabilities resulting from client negligence, such as failing to adhere to proper technique or not following safety guidelines, are not the responsibility of Stack Pain and Injury Solutions.
9.7.3. Injury Liability: By participating in MET sessions, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own physical condition and safety. Stack Pain and Injury Solutions will not be held liable for any injuries or disabilities arising from client negligence during MET sessions.
9.8. Physical Contact and Consent
9.8.1. Trigger Point Treatment and Soft Tissue Release: These treatments involve physical contact as part of the therapy process. Trigger Point Treatment utilises finger pressure to relieve pain in soft tissues, while Soft Tissue Release aims to reduce pain and swelling from injuries by releasing pressure on soft tissues.
9.8.2. Consent: By participating in these treatments, clients acknowledge and consent to the use of physical contact as part of their therapy. If at any time the client feels uncomfortable, they should immediately inform the therapist.
10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stack pain solutions ltd shall not be liable for any
10.1.1. indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly,
10.1.2. or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
10.1.2.1. your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the services;
10.1.2.2. any conduct or content of any third party on the website, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; or

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stack Pain and Injury Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Irish Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ireland, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
